Using our Wise Clear™  Profiler tool, we will help you to understand your or your child's Neurodiverse profile. This information will help identify areas of difficulty, how these challenges manifest, and how they can be supported.

You will be asked for the year of birth for the person whose profile we are assessing and will then be sent a link to complete the screener.

Please answer the questions based on days where you (or your child) are finding it tough. We know many people mask their difficulties and we hope to get passed that to the real picture. You will then have an appointment to discuss your profile and how it relates to your (or your child's) life and experience.

Reports are commonly used to highlight hidden struggles in schools, colleges, universities and the workplace. They have also been used to provide evidence to GP and SENDCos to initiate the referral process.

Where needed, we can write a brief letter supporting the report, making reference to individual needs and making recommendations for what support or adjustments might be put in place.

Please note, this is not a diagnostic report. It can be used for the process of screening and identifying needs only.
