Our neurodiversity pathway service is a four-step process (further information below) that combines fun, interactive cognitive tasks with a parent/teen questionnaire and a personalised consultation, giving you a clear written report you can use for school, referrals and next steps.
This service does not include a diagnosis, but it does provide the understanding, evidence, and recommendations you need to support your child/young person right now.

After your consultation, a clear, affirming report will be provided covering strengths and challenges, everyday functioning insights, and suggestions for school or workplace adjustments/accommodations.

STEP 4 - PERSONALISED REPORT
The service includes a 60-minute online consultation via Zoom with an experienced ADHD Wise UK consultant, to review both tools, strengths, challenges and suggest everyday strategies.
STEP 3 - ONLINE CONSULTATION
Within two working days, you'll receive links to Creyos, which is a series of fun, interactive tasks, and Do-It Profiler. Full guidance will be provided on who needs to complete each of these, and when.
STEP 2 - ASSESSMENT TOOLS
Once booked, you'll receive a welcome email from ADHD Wise UK asking for your child's/young person's date of birth, and consent for us to create secure profiles in Creyos and Do-It Profiler.
