Vicky is a qualified Neurodiversity Coach and Mentor. Her work is deeply rooted in empathy, lived experience, and a passion for helping others navigate life as neurodivergent individuals.
Following a late diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia over a period of 10+ years from age 35, Vicky understands firsthand how these profiles can shape a person’s journey. She recognises that what often looks like low mood or disinterest can actually be boredom, overstimulation, or unmet needs.
Vicky thrives when helping others understand themselves better and build strategies that align with how their brains work. Whether in one-to-one sessions or group settings, she creates environments that are supportive, safe, and empowering.
Her coaching style is grounded, kind, and full of practical insight - with a touch of humour and humanity. You might even hear her humming during a group session - that’s just her version of “hold music” while loading slides!
Vicky lives in the beautiful Scottish countryside with her husband, Bruce, enjoying walks in the woods and along the beach with her dog.
She once had two chickens - “Brenda” and “Not Brenda” - while her mother-in-law was the proud owner of a chicken-shaped clay pot which, as a joke, she called “Definitely Not Brenda”!
Vicky loves bland food - Bruce always checks things are “Vicky safe”!
She’s also a lifelong horse lover, a former DJ (yes, she still owns her decks), and an enthusiastic learner who’s always asking questions.
