Jannine is a leading expert in neurodiversity and executive functioning, known for her practical, research-informed approach to ADHD and autism support.

As an independent specialist teacher, psychoeducational coach and multi-agency practitioner, she works across education, health and social care to improve outcomes for neurodivergent individuals.
 


Jannine is a parent to three children with a combination of autism, ADHD and dyslexia, and is diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia herself. 

Jannine delivers training and consultancy for professionals, schools, workplaces and families, helping them understand and implement effective, neurodiversity-affirming strategies.

She brings lived experience and both evidence-based and professional expertise, equipping individuals, families, and professionals with the knowledge and confidence to navigate neurodiversity with success.

Jannine’s work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed practice and the Dignity Model (Dr Donna Hicks), ensuring a compassionate, person-centred and solution-focused approach.

She is known for her honesty, warmth, and fierce commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals and their families.


Jannine is a published author. Her book, "100 Ideas for Secondary Teachers: Supporting Students with ADHD", provides practical strategies for educators.

Jannine has been featured in The Guardian, Society for Education and Training (SET), and ADHD Action.
